The rising trend of voting third party

It seems third parties are slowly but surely gaining more votes every recent election. After the 92 election when perot supposedly spoiled the republican win and got bill clinton elected, and the 00 election when nader supposedly spoiled the democrat win and got bush jr elected, a lot of people jumped on the lesser evil bandwagon and began chastising and bullying those who wanted a change from what they knew they saw coming by continuing to elect the corporate friendly dems and reps. This was no doubt instigated and egged on by the leaderships of both of these parties.
I can understand why people would vote for nader, and even the greens, they were leftists that wanted to set the system right to actually make america great again. I can understand the popularity of the Libertarian party less. They aren't just more of the same rep and dem feed the wealthy nonsense, they are many times worse. Not only do they want to eliminate programs that promote fairness and fulfill the obligations the people's government has to all of us, but they want to let the private state rule us like the prerevolution kings did. Anyone voting for this is completely insane. They are not an alternative to the reps and dems, they are them on steroids.
Ralph Nader was the right choice in 00, he was the actual leftist in the election that year, gore was just using the label the neoliberals had stolen when they took over the party. Nader is a patriot, gore is neoliberal. Had we elected nader we would be looking at a totally different america, and probably world, right now. Jill Stein was also the right choice in 2016, yet the unprofessionals in the media and on the democrat teet did nothing but bad mouth her, misrepresent her positions, and called her nuts when she was anything but. If it were me i would have sued a great many of them and the companies they worked for.
These are just things that anyone with a lick of common sense can see for themselves. The point is the last few presidential elections, even despite the spoilers of 92 and 00, have seen third party votes rising by massive percentages. The media downplays their existence and only mentions them when they think some might actually be considering voting for them, but nonetheless more and more people are ignoring the neoliberal media and doing whatever the hell they want and voting for whoever the hell they want, and this is the way it should be. Those people don't own you or your vote, you can do whatever you want with it. It's pretty much the only power you have at the moment, that one little vote in many hands could end the neoiliberal game in one day, and they know it. Some of you need to stop being afraid and start using your power for the greater good.
After the propaganda that nader stole the election for bush, their votes bottomed out. Nader still got some votes, but not nearly what he did in 2000, and even then it was just over a couple of million. Here's what the last few elections looked like for the greens.
The media and dem cheerleaders like to think they're nothing and you people are nobody, but each election has seen about a 300+% increase in support, and that's not nothing. Given the media storm set against them and the fact that they get none of the air time the establishment candidates get i think they've actually done amazingly well. Part of that was due to jill stein, who if you had had the chance to listen to her knew what she was talking about, and she did have a plan to help the majority and main street make a comeback.
Let's hope this trend continues. I've already commented about those that say they should start on a local level and not shoot for the presidency in another post. Just as a refresher, the economy needs to be run from the bottom up, but leadership has to come from the top down, it's just the way it is. Those people think they're clever and can shut down real leftists this way. I say fuck em, they're all a bunch of shitbag traitors hoping they can destroy the constitution and its obligation to all of us before you can elect someone to stop them, and guess what, it isn't going to be the misnamed Libertarian party that does that (they are not libertarians).
I am not a socialist, and i don't think stein was either, but the green leadership is pretty dead set on retaining that label. I think this is a recipe for disaster. I would like to see a left libertarian party involved in 2020 somehow, but it looks like that probably won't happen. I could nominate myself and get one vote but i doubt that would accomplish much. I've already had to kill one project this week for lack of funding. Real libertarians and demand side capitalists is what a lot of our countries really need. We'll see how it goes.
